Background
Hyperion Zero Ltd delivered three commercial rooftop PV systems across a large industrial client’s Scottish estate in the north east of Scotland: 188.37 kWp, 135.59 kWp, and 59.15 kWp. The project required structural surveys, DNO G99 applications, specialist mounting systems, industrial facility access planning, and strict H&S compliance.
The Challenge
The project required simultaneous delivery across three operational industrial facilities, coordination with the DNO, and installation within live high‑risk industrial environments. Minimising disruption, maintaining safety, and adhering to a tight programme across dispersed sites were key challenges.
Our Solution
Hyperion Zero undertook full turnkey delivery including design, structural confirmation, DNO liaison, equipment procurement, installation, testing and commissioning. Dedicated Site Supervisors were assigned to each site, and ISO9001/ISO45001 systems ensured quality and safety. Programme sequencing allowed efficient multi‑site operation.
