Multi-Site Education Organisation
Sector: Education
Background
Hyperion Zero delivered six solar PV systems ranging from 60 kWp to 228 kWp across a multi-site school estate. All works took place during live school operations and required segregation, safeguarding controls, careful programming, and coordinated communication with multiple stakeholders.
The Challenge
Delivering six projects at the same time in live school environments required strict scheduling, safeguarding compliance, noise control, and alignment with school timetables. High-risk activities had to be completed outside teaching hours with no disruption allowed.
Our Solution
Hyperion Zero implemented a centralised multi-site delivery model using shared labour pools, rotating installation teams, and dedicated Site Supervisors at each school. ISO9001 and ISO45001 systems maintained consistent quality and safety. Works were sequenced to protect teaching hours and ensure smooth delivery.
Centralised multi-site management model
Rotating specialist installation teams
Dedicated Site Supervisor per school
Structured stakeholder and safeguarding communication plan
